I established Midgley Consulting in 2009, following a successful career working with leading recruitment businesses including Crone Corkill and Reed.

I’ve built my business around one simple principle. Great recruitment starts with great relationships. I take the time to really understand the people I work with whether that’s a client looking for the right person to join their team or a candidate searching for their next opportunity.

My approach is personal, honest and tailored. There’s no one size fits all formula; every business, role and individual is different, and I believe the best results come from understanding what really matters to each of them.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of two wonderful children. I love spending time with my family, keeping active and enjoying a good glass of Malbec.

Let’s connect on LinkedIn. I’d love to hear from you!
